Weekend Breakfast – Hallie’s Pancake Delight

Yields1 Serving
 1 ¾ cups Pancake mix or flour as a substitute
 1 qt Egg
 1 cup Milk or Water
 1 cup Fresh Fruit: Raspberry
 1 Fresh Fruit: Blueberry
 1 Fresh Fruit: Strawberry
 2 pinches Salt
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - Optiponal

Directions

Pour 1 ¾ cup of pancake mix or flour into mixing bowl
Add 1 egg
Add 1 cup of milk or water as desired for thickness of pancake

Mix ingredients until a thin or think texture is formed, depending on if you want a thick or thin pancakes. .

Important Note: in: in a separate mixing bowl, take a few of each fruit and mix, mashing them, until a slight liquid texture formsform. . You can put the bowelbowl into the microwave to begin the fermentation process of melting the fruit. For better results, you can let the fruit simmer in a separate sauce pan on low heat at 250 deg F. Once. Once completed, reduce temperaturethe temperature of sauce to low heat to let it simmer. . Now, move to nextthe next step.

Add ½ tablespoon of sault
Add a dash of vanilla extract – optional

Mix ingredients again. .

Take liquid fruit composite and pour into batter
Now, Add theAdd the remaining fruit as whole pieces of fruit, to the batter and mix for 1-2 minutes by hand. . You can cut the fruit if desired. Next, once mixing is complete, let pancake batter sit for 5-10 minutes

Pre heat pan and stove to 350 deg F
Add cooking oil to pan to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan, and then wipe oil off of pan with a paper towel.Add cooking oil to pan to prevent pancakes from sticking to the pan, then wipe oil off with a paper towel. Use same paper towel with oil, to re grease pan as needed to avoid pancakes sticking to pan

Add pancake batter to pan
Flip when front side begins to bubble with small bubbles or until golden brown
Serve on plate
Add additional fruit if desired

Serve with whip cream or syrup as desired or melted butter.

Note: You can substitute fresh fruit with frozen fruit or with small chocolate chipschipsc, black or white if desired.
